PeakHour 3.0.3

This is the latest maintenance release that fixes a some minor issues but should also improve stability and in particular solve some of the 'crash on quit' we've been seeing. As always if you run into problems, please let us know at [email protected].

Improved: Better internal locking to improve stability and help prevent random crashes.
Fixed: SNMP interface list could incorrectly show No Interfaces message, even if interfaces were available.
Fixed: Logs could contain negative Bytes Transferred values.
